No. We do the work inside your existing QuickBooks account. Your only job is to drop requests on your client board, which is easier than writing an email.
Yes. A trained accounting professional handles your books. Automation makes the work faster and more accurate, but it never runs unsupervised.
QuickBooks Online is what we know best. If you're on something else, email us before you sign up and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help, or help you move over.
Send as many requests as you like and they line up on your board. We work them one at a time (two at a time on Core), and each one is done within two business days. Most clients are surprised how fast the queue moves.
You never share a password. We use QuickBooks' official accountant access, and you can remove it with one click. Everything we send you stays on secure, encrypted platforms.
Yes. No contract, no cancellation fee and no guilt-trip phone call. Cancel from your billing portal and your plan runs until the end of the month you've already paid for.
