- For bookkeeping work, drop a request on your client board. Each one comes back within the turnaround for your plan.
- For anything about your account, email us or call.
Billing & your subscription
- Update your card, download invoices or cancel in the billing portal.
- Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan runs until the end of the month you’ve paid for. See the billing, cancellation & refund policy.
- If a charge looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your bank. We’ll fix billing mistakes in full.
Response times
We reply to email within one business day. Plan requests are delivered within two business days, with priority turnaround on Core and same-day priority support on Pro.
